When you send an enquiry we collect your first and last name, contact number, the building you are interested in, how many beds and baths you need, your price range, your move-in date and any special request you write. We also store the language you used and the page you sent the enquiry from.
Why we use it
We use your details only to contact you about your enquiry and to help you find and secure an apartment. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for advertising.
Who we share it with
When it is needed to progress your enquiry, we may share the details a letting agent or building operator requires — for example your name, contact number and move-in date. Our website and database are hosted by our technology providers on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to help you, and afterwards for our own records. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
